2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on a server operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, under a data processing agreement. Each time a page is requested, the server automatically stores your IP address, date and time, the requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the website and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted or anonymised after 30 days at the latest.

3. Cookies

This website does not set cookies for regular visitors. Technically necessary cookies are only set when logging in to the content management system.

4. Security (Jetpack Protect)

To protect the login against brute-force attacks, the IP addresses of login attempts are checked with Jetpack (Automattic Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA). Data may be transferred to the USA; Automattic is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security).

5. Embedded content and external links

Links to social networks (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn) are plain links. No data is sent to these services until you click them; after that, their own privacy policies apply.

6. Contact by e-mail

If you contact me, I process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and you can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. An e-mail to contact@lionstark.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
